Original Charles Lindbergh Panoramic Photo City Hall New York Parade
Vintage original panoramic photo of the parade stands before Charles Lindbergh’s New York ticker-tape parade. The parade was June 13, 1927, one month after his solo flight across the Atlantic on May 21 in the Spirit of St. Louis. Charles Lindbergh spoke from the stands in the picture. The earliest known recording of New York Public Radio (WNYC) is of this event. (https://www.wnyc.org/story/110652-the-earliest-identifiable-wnyc-recording/)
