Unused antique real photo postcard of the infamous boxing match between the first African-American World Heavy Weight Champion Jack Johnson and Jim Jeffries who was billed as the “Great White Hope” to bring the title back to the white race. This fight was called “The Fight of the Century”. Johnson maintained his title. We’re also listing two other cards from the same fight. One is identified “Johnson declared the winner”. Inscription on the bottom of the photo is:
